There are five rights protected by the First Amendment, yet most Americans can name only one, according to a study done by the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania. The report show just how much we either haven't learned or may have forgotten about our own rights.

NCDC is committed to increasing our own knowledge of the facts, so that we may share them with others. Part of our work is to have conversations with friends, family, voters, candidates, and elected officials to ensure that we protect our rights guaranteed by the US Constitution and all 27 Amendments.
